After you approve your artwork proof, production takes 5–7 business days. During peak seasons — especially November and December — production may take a few extra days. We'll confirm your timeline when you order, and you'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Every Fridge Friends set arrives in a premium gift box with soft tissue paper and a personalized thank-you card. Magnets are neatly arranged and protected for shipping. The packaging is designed to be gift-ready — if you're sending directly to grandparents or as a birthday surprise, it'll arrive beautifully presented.

Orders within Canada typically arrive in 3–7 business days after production is complete. US orders take 5–10 business days. We use tracked shipping on every order so you'll always know where your package is.

We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination — typically 10–21 business days after production. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We take great care with packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll reproduce and ship replacement magnets at no cost to you.

All orders ship with tracking. If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, check with neighbours and your local post office first — then contact us. If it's truly lost in transit, we'll reproduce and reship. Because each set is custom-made for your family, orders are generally non-returnable unless the product was produced incorrectly or arrives damaged. If something isn't right, reach out — we'll make sure you're happy.
